About Kate Myers, PA-C

An experienced Physician Assistant, Kate Myers brings over 11 years of experience in women’s health, with a focus on breast surgery and care. Kate loves the procedure and surgical components of her practice, but also enjoys getting to know her patients and being able to help them through the challenging breast cancer journey, from diagnosis to survivorship. “I listen to the patient and find the best treatment path that fits with their goals, lifestyle and needs. I try to treat the whole person rather than just focus on the disease.”

In addition to her training in breast surgery and malignant and benign breast care, she practiced four years at an Atlanta breast clinic, and has experience in both OB/GYN surgery and plastic surgery. A specialized skill she offers patients is her
outstanding proficiency with ultrasound, using it to enhance physical exams as well as diagnosis and treatment. Kate earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Emory University and her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Pace University/Lenox Hill Hospital.

A Fox Valley native, Kate is excited to be back in the area. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, downhill skiing, running, hiking and spending time with her husband and son.
