The main clinic location for Fox Valley Surgical Specialists is at 2000 E. Milestone Drive in Appleton, WI. For patient convenience, many of our surgeons and providers also treat patients and perform surgical procedures at several other locations throughout the Fox Cities and Northeast Wisconsin.
