Our state-of-the-art Breast Clinic in Appleton is headed up by Honnie Bermas, MD, FACS, and Katherine deAngeli, MD – both are fellowship trained in Breast Cancer Surgery. Fellowship training for surgeons is a specialty designation earned when doctors continue with an addition 1-2 years of training in a specific field. This specialty training ensures you will be receiving the highest level of expert care.
Our surgeons bring a multi-disciplinary education to all areas of breast disease, including genetics, imaging and pathology.

Our FVSS breast surgery team also includes Kate Myers, PA-C, who brings over 11 years of experience in women’s health with a focus on breast surgery and care, including advanced ultrasound techniques and plastic surgery. Michelle Radtke, APNP,FNP-C adds to her compassionate care with training in intensive care unit settings and delivering advanced wound care treatment.
We serve women with an elevated risk for developing breast cancer and those who have had an abnormal mammogram or found a lump/mass during examination. In addition to compassionate, individualized breast care, the Clinic offers a variety of services designed to help women understand their level of risk, create a plan for early detection and implement strategies to lower risk.
